Refund Policy
Please read the terms of our refund policy below.
We firmly believe in and stand behind our products 100%, but we understand that they cannot always work perfectly for everyone.
Suppose you are unhappy with your purchase, or you have an issue that we are unable to resolve that makes the system unusable for you.
In that case, we are more than happy to provide a complete refund within 3 days of your original purchase date.
That will be possible under a few conditions:
- We will process your refund within 10 business days. In some cases, we might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you.
- Refunds will only be issued for requests made within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days, no refunds can be processed.
- No refunds will be issued if you have used or accessed less than 15%, or more than 30% of the course, product or service.
- For each refund, a transaction fee of 5% will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
- By requesting and receiving a refund, you relinquish all ownership and agree to cease using the product or service immediately.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund request if deemed necessary.
